About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage daily accounting operations and office administration. The role includes handling finance functions, reconciling bank statements, preparing reports, supporting company secretarial matters, coordinating meetings and travel, and ensuring smooth office routines. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and ready to support both management and the accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
Undertaking daily administrative and clerical duties to all office administration routines
Manage daily finance functions and maintain accounting operations, e.g. review cheque and payment vouchers
Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate accounting records
Assisting with the preparation of accounting reports and statements General company secretarial matters
Provide administrative support, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and accounting team
Updating files and database and preparing regular reports
Purchasing of office sundries
Ad-hoc assignments as required
Qualifications
Diploma or above in Accounting, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
Minimum of 3 year of experience in accounting or administrative roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) and Chinese Word Processing
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
